Cliffhanger

CLIFFHANGER is a group of six women artists from Europe and Japan. Since 2003 we have have been meeting and discussing ways of engaging our collective knowledge and experience to launch the Cliffhanger organisation.

Our aim is to collaborate with different venues in order to create multi-media environments, across disciplines, from live and digital art to contemporary crafts. On the last day we invite appropriate community groups to take part in specifically designed workshops that directly involve them with the work. We do this in order to give different people the opportunity to establish a dialogue with contemporary art and its makers.

CLIFFHANGER is a touring project, and our first destinations are Greece and Japan.
